Because we are a custom product vendor, orders will be made every time there is a buyer. It takes 1-3 days to process an incoming order. During cooling period, buyer can change the product type or cancel a purchase agreement. We can not receive exchange or refund if it is mistake by buyer (eg: wrongly choose case type, material, color or design) after the cooling period.
Please check your order within 15 days, after that you can send a message to me if you want to return it with the shipping label fee charged to you and we will replace your order or refund your money. We cannot accept a claim if it has passed the deadline.
